If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund. But always 7 days after you receive the parcel.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a refund (that will exclude the shipping expenses) or a replacement if you’d rather. Pelase note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*I do not accept returns on custom made items (this includes the pet tags)
