After we receive your payment, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies between 3-5 days for pendants, tie clips and cufflinks, 1-2 weeks for rings (it might be less if we have your size on stock) and 2-3 weeks for custom desings

Express shipping: Europe: 1-3 working days Out of Europe (US, Canada…): 2-4 working days
If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund. But always 7 days after you receive the parcel.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a refund (that will exclude the shipping expenses) or a replacement if you’d rather. Pelase note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*I do not accept returns on custom made items (this includes the pet tags)
