Description

This brooch is handmade from coloured porcelain. It is in the shape of a very cute bat with long vampire fangs and little red eyes.

I love horror movies and literature, so I couldn’t miss the vampire bat in our collection.

The coloured porcelain is made by a simple process of mixing the porcelain with coloured oxide and the result is really nice, we get very vivid and uniform colors.

HOW IS DONE?

To make this brooch I used the technique of mono firing, so after applying the enamel would be put in the oven with a temperature of more than 1200º..

Each bat may have a slight difference in shape, shine and material since they are modeled one by one, which makes them unique.
